The whole machine comes with a one-year warranty, and warranty parts are replaced and maintained for free
1. Guangchen will provide free on-site installation, debugging, training, and guidance for the first purchase of the machine;
2. Guangchen suggests that customers arrange for operators to come to the company for training and learning before formal use after purchasing the machine; The content includes: installation, debugging, use, maintenance, upkeep, and troubleshooting of machine software;
3. The machines sold by Guangchen are guaranteed for one year from the date of leaving the factory, except for vulnerable consumables and ink supply systems;
4. During the warranty period of the machine, we provide free repair upon returning to the factory, as well as free replacement and maintenance of warranty parts;
5. If there is a problem with the machine during the warranty period and it cannot be returned to the factory, we will provide free accessories for customers to replace on their own;
6. After the one-year warranty period of the machine ends, all parts replacement must be charged according to the sales price of Guangchen parts;
7. After the warranty period, Guangchen's after-sales technical personnel shall conduct at least 2 follow-up visits per year to timely understand and follow up on the usage of the customer's machine.

It takes 4-12 hours to arrive at the scene within the urban area of Guangzhou
12-24 hour on-site arrival in the Pearl River Delta region
48-72 hours to arrive at the scene outside Guangdong Province

Free training for first-time purchase
1. The free training period for the first purchase of the machine is 3 working days. If the training time needs to be extended, an appropriate training fee will be charged;
2. Upon receiving a repair report, priority should be given to providing phone or video guidance for repairs; If on-site maintenance is required, the customer shall bear the transportation and accommodation expenses of the technical personnel;
